High school student Shinichi Kakimoto is in Nara on a school trip. The highlight of the 2000th anniversary of Nara is Android Himiko, created from the DNA of a shaman queen, Himiko, from ancient Japan. A white deer appears out of nowhere and snatches Shinichi’s bag. Soon, the deer and Shinichi meet a beautiful girl, Toto, who is being chased by someone. Shinichi ends up going on a date with her, visiting sightseeing spots in Nara. The people chasing Toto find and corner them at Todaiji Temple.
