Suzu is a robot that has been implanted with the memories of a boy named Ryo Ogura. He was created at the request of the deceased Ryo’s parents to replace him. One day, Suzu meets a girl who is suffering from a disease which is causing her to lose her memory. Her circumstances are completely the opposite of his. As his memory data of Ryo continually increases, the bond between them deepens.
