The Yamato succeeded in escaping from the Southern Cross at the Battle of Tokyo Bay and heads for New York to attend the United Nations General Assembly. The US is firmly resolved to hush up the Yamato to maintain its prestige. Its operation, Operation Aurora, will take place in the Arctic Ocean, where the preparations are all in place.
